Bought item as a birthday gift yet arrived with a fault after no use, with no explanation - apparently items are all tested before sending so device must have spontaneously developed a fault overnight. Down to me to find a dpd pick up point, send back, wait for some actual testing to take place and go from there. Lot of who shot John if you ask me and I have low expectations and has definitely ruined the birthday gift intentions so thanks for that

I had a bit of a drama with my parcel getting lost at dpd but that has nothing to do with mobile direct. I got on the phone with mobile direct and it got sorted instantly and delivered the next day. When it came I was super happy, in amazing condition and I am still happy now. Unfortunately, I did drop it with a case on and the back smashed. I’m a bit suspicious as it was on a carpeted floor and not from a high height. I dropped my iPhone 11 a few times over the years and that thing was as hard as brick. Either the iPhone 14 is more fragile or maybe it was refurbished with a more delicate glass on the back. I haven’t contacted mobile direct as my warranty does say it doesn’t cover accidental drops. Obviously, it was my fault dropping it, I’m just surprised how easily it smashed. All in all I’m happy with my phone and time will tell on its longevity.

The phone was a gift for my son’s birthday, it’s great absolutely no issues with the phone at all, thank you. Unfortunately the charger/charging wire is already playing up but that’s the only issue.

Very pleased was as good as new.
Phone arrived in great condition, works perfectly and has a good battery life. Loads better than backmarket who’s phone never tuned up and are un contactable unless you post bad reviews and claim your money back via the bank.
The iphone 14 is excellent my step son loves it the phone is excellent value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone and the charger plug is exactly what he needed aswell why pay brand new prices when refurbished is just as good as or better than buying new
