Hi unfortunately this was meant to be a present due to opening it it has 3 cracks at top screen. I’m going to replace the screen soon it should be packaged a lot more considering it being a phone. Also it heats up loads when being used I wasn’t actually sure it was an iPhone for a little bit
Poor all round, box arrived damaged & security seal glued as if its been opened, european plug inside box, tried to get a refund weeks ago & had no response, shocking !!!

New phone for a week, dropped it once and hardware error and phone ruined. Although an accident and caused problems, surely a phone doesn’t irreversibly stop working, think it had been dropped before . So upset.

Sent email to state battery like only lasting approx 4 hours. No reply
Birthday for son (replacement). Loves it!! Set up was easy once linked to old iPad account, still got pics, etc. and could easily set up clean content for 12 & under (he's 11) and explicity filters. Beautiful colour, in excellent condition, bought a sturdy case separately. Very well presented in new box & with charging cable.

So my daughter opened it this morning as it was a present an she can’t use it as the SIM card holder is missing
My name Victoria leschenko and I bought a pay as you go s24 phone as was cheaper for me to buy out right than pay monthly from ee were costing too much. My contract runs out soon on my old phone. And the service was good and delivery. And set up easy. And factory test old phones. I would recommend buying pay as you go then top up with Sim each month so cheap.
