The Tab S9 Ultra boasts a massive 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a WQXGA+ resolution (2960 × 1848). It delivers vivid colors, deep contrast, and excellent viewing angles, and supports a 120 Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and animations. The tablet’s screen is protected by tough Gorilla Glass and offers very high brightness and HDR10+ support, making it ideal for media consumption, creative work, and productivity. The large screen and thin bezels make it one of the most immersive displays on any tablet.
Camera
On the back, the Tab S9 Ultra has a dual-camera system: a 13 MP main (wide) sensor and an 8 MP ultra-wide sensor. This lets you capture wide shots and scenic photos, and supports 4K video recording. On the front, there is a dual front-camera setup with two 12 MP sensors (wide and ultra-wide), which is especially useful for video calls, selfies, and creative videography with wide-angle capture. HDR and other camera modes help enhance image quality under varied lighting.
Performance
Performance on the Tab S9 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (for Galaxy) chipset built on a modern 4 nm process. The tablet is offered with 12 GB or even 16 GB of RAM and high-speed internal storage — depending on the configuration — giving plenty of headroom for demanding workflows and professional use.

Out of the box, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra runs Android 13 with Samsung’s One UI on top. The software is optimized for large-screen tablets, offering features like Multi Window, Taskbar, and enhanced S Pen support for productivity and creativity.
