The Galaxy S24 sports a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with Full HD+ resolution. It supports a variable refresh rate up to 120 Hz, meaning it can lower the refresh rate when static to save power. With HDR10+ support and strong peak brightness, the panel is optimized for vivid colors, deep contrast, and good visibility outdoors.

Camera

On the back, the Galaxy S24 has a triple camera system:

  • A 10 MP telephoto lens offering 3× optical zoom

The front (selfie) camera is 12 MP and supports video and conferencing applications. The camera system is enhanced by AI processing, night modes, and advanced image algorithms to improve low-light performance, dynamic range, and detail capture.

Performance

In the UK, the Galaxy S24 is powered by the Exynos 2400 chip (built on a 4 nm process) rather than a Snapdragon. The device is offered with 8 GB of RAM (in many variants) paired with fast UFS 4.0 storage technology. This hardware ensures smooth multitasking, high-end gaming, and fast app performance. The chip also features improved AI and neural processing capabilities, which help in tasks like image processing, voice assist, and power optimization.

Operating System
