Display

The Tab S9 Ultra boasts a massive 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a WQXGA+ resolution (2960 × 1848). It delivers vivid colors, deep contrast, and excellent viewing angles, and supports a 120 Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and animations. The tablet’s screen is protected by tough Gorilla Glass and offers very high brightness and HDR10+ support, making it ideal for media consumption, creative work, and productivity. The large screen and thin bezels make it one of the most immersive displays on any tablet.

Camera

On the back, the Tab S9 Ultra has a dual-camera system: a 13 MP main (wide) sensor and an 8 MP ultra-wide sensor. This lets you capture wide shots and scenic photos, and supports 4K video recording. On the front, there is a dual front-camera setup with two 12 MP sensors (wide and ultra-wide), which is especially useful for video calls, selfies, and creative videography with wide-angle capture. Performance

Performance on the Tab S9 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (for Galaxy) chipset built on a modern 4 nm process. It has an octa-core CPU and the Adreno 740 GPU, which together deliver very strong performance for multitasking, creative apps, video editing, and gaming. The tablet is offered with 12 GB or even 16 GB of RAM and high-speed internal storage — depending on the configuration — giving plenty of headroom for demanding workflows and professional use.

Operating System

Out of the box, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra runs Android 13 with Samsung’s One UI on top. The software is optimized for large-screen tablets, offering features like Multi Window, Taskbar, and enhanced S Pen support for productivity and creativity. With Samsung DeX support, you can even get a desktop-like experience for productivity apps.

Connectivity

This Wi-Fi version supports Wi-Fi 6E (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6e), giving fast wireless networking when connected to compatible routers. It also includes Bluetooth 5.3 for connecting accessories, USB-C 3.2 for data and charging, and various satellite systems for precise location. While this Wi-Fi model does not include cellular connectivity, it still offers robust wireless performance for online use wherever Wi-Fi is available.

Storage

The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is available with multiple internal storage options — commonly 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB — allowing you to choose based on how much media, apps, and files you need to store. It also supports microSD expansion up to 1 TB, meaning you can add more storage later for movies, photos, documents, or large creative files without swapping devices.

Sound & Speaker

Audio on the Tab S9 Ultra comes from four stereo speakers tuned by AKG, delivering rich, immersive sound that is well-suited to movies, music, and games. The tablet lacks a traditional 3.5 mm headphone jack, but audio output through USB-C and Bluetooth is clean and powerful.
