Does not hold charge. Keeps over heating within two minutes of using the maps / sat nav and switching off . A 45 minute journey turned into two hours as I had to keep stopping and waiting for it to cool down . Nearly had a car accident because of this . Will be contacting to return.

I expected better quality. I’ve requested a refund and hope the return process is smoother than the product experience. Not happy with this purchase.
I’m giving 5 stars because I did have an issue with the first phone that got sent out it was broken but I returned it and they were excellent sent me a replacement straight away, then the plug was missing but again apologised and sent it out next day. Customer service is great, mistakes happen. Definitely recommend this company
